here's just a few things that we've got on the brain...
1// thai vegan. our web director is obsessed with this spot on main st. (right across of Urth Cafe). their mangoes may be expensive, but their regular menu of pad thai tofu noodles, salads and curries are super reasonable (nothing more than $7!). the best part? really pet-friendly :)
2// stone_cold_fox home collection 2. after their first collection, we were in love, but after releasing their second collection, we want to get married and have a baby. this is the best way to get a piece of SCF on a budget. along with their ruffled shams, lace pillow cases, blankets and throws, they've added body pillows, dish towels, aprons and robes. even more exciting news? SCF is releasing sunnies soon. Oh and their robes will be making a guest appearance in our new lookbook ;)
3// serena mitnik-miller. back in june, we stopped by the grand opening of the first QSW store at the Malibu Lumberyard and stumbled upon some of Serena's work. this san francisco-based artist does it all...her designs, watercolor paintings, wood stamp prints, store windows and photography screams california cool. we can't wait to see some of her upcoming projects since we're already in love with her general store...
4// 4th of july goodies. the countdown is almost over...bbqs, bonfires, the beach, friends, food, and fireworks is all we need to have a good time tomorrow...and this weekend. we're throwing an office party before we leave for the holiday and here's a few things that will be on the menu. you know us, we love a good party theme. click on the pic for recipes!
