"switch up your make-up routine for a fresh faced look this summer by focusing on your skin and foundation (conceal only where needed). stay as sheer as possible! and always set your t-zone with powder.

i love using a highlighting product (esp. MAC lustre drops) along the top of the cheekbones, bridge of the nose, and on the cupids bow for some dimension. next, focus on the lashes to make the eyes appear brighter and wider by gently curling your lashes starting from the base of the lash to the tips. wiggle your mascara brush back and forth, fanning out the lashes outward, then focus on the tips for extra extension. I also like to line the waterline of the eye with a nude color lip pencil to create a more open look."

"neons and brights are here to stay for the summer! add some pop to a simple look with a graphic liquid liner in shades like purple, electric blue, orange, yellow or green. Lime Crime makes about every color you would want!

bright lips are another great option if a bright liner doesn't appeal to you. choose lipsticks that have a lot of staying power (i like to use matte colors or lip pencils alone). my current loves are Makeup Forever's rouge intense lipstick in 36 or MAC's lip pencil in entertain me. a good lip primer is always a great investment because no girl wants to constantly be worried if her lipstick is out of line...so to speak!"
