We're always hungry around here...Which means we're always on the prowl for exciting new snack ideas. Of course, these options are limited because you only allow yourself two minutes to inhale something quick in between a meeting, email, or errand.
Check out a compilation of our favorite office snacks on our pinterest. (Yes, we've dedicated an entire board to this)
For all you d.i.y.-ers, here are a few of our favorite recipes!
Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy beverage (such as almond, rice or soy milk), 2 dried apricots or 4 pitted dates, 1 banana, 1 cup chopped kale leaves, 1 cup spinach leaves, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries, and blend until smooth.
Cottage Cheese filled Papaya
